Ross French What is 20%?

My plan was to study computer science or software engineering, because it would help me find a "good job" with a "stable salary", and to do French because I genuinely love it.

Additional costs were the land (25K) pad preparation (including land clearing), culvert installation (and asphalt over it), gravel driveway, french drain system, landscaping / shrubbery, electric, water, sewer hookups, and the rest of the typical costs.

Its also extremely French which is a challenge for some investors.  

I can't drill as its on a french door.  

The 4 hour work week sounds French to me. 

If you have a master suite with it's own bathroom and maybe some french doors, all you have to do is put a dorm fridge and a microwave in the bedroom and come to an agreement on when the room mate has access to laundry or other parts of the house.  

Certainly that makes as much sense as paying farmers to plow their tomatoes under or feeding fat kids pizza and french fries for lunch under the federal nutritional lunch program at school.Because they are scarce and in such high demand, the risk of owning and operating inexpensive rental houses is almost non­existent.
