Definitely make sure this fits into your strategy because there’s a lot of factors to take into account: age of the building (effecting your cap ex, etc).

private lenders refer to anyone who is willing to give you cash outside of traditional lenders. for instance: friends, family, or friends through networking. it's common that you won't know any at your age, don't be discouraged.

c=Page&cid=...There were grants out related to lead based paint that could get part of your windows paid for if you had a child living there under a certain age range but I stopped following most of it...It may be the same program as above but the DHS pushed down money to cities for rehab loans that were forgiven over time, not sure if this is still going on.I would start by calling the notice and seeing if it applies to non-owner occupants.

Things, like how much money to invest, how long you'd like to invest it, do you need it to be relatively liquid, is it self directed, how much you make a year, your age, are you W2 or self-employed or retired, what other assets you have, there are tax considerations, and so on.Ask a local friend or a local tax preparer if they know of any qualified and honest financial advisors.
