And since mortgage lending for these loans was handled pre NMLS by real estate brokers.. there is a disclosure form right on the state department of real estate website that gets printed off and describes the process and you add in all the investors in this one doc for all investors to get a copy of ..

Honestly, I wouldn't sell it, I'd keep it, buy another similar property and repeat that process over and over.

Also, you probably need a civil engineer to make sure everythign is viable, since part of the approval process is having a civil draft up plans for sewer, water, grading, etc.
