the first property I purchased was in Cleveland back in 2005 a single family that I purchased for  22k cash and i rehabbed it after work and on weekends this property was in the hood I put 12k in it put a tenant in and sold it for 79k to investor who an real estate agent referred me.

Anyone else challenged to find tenants for your property?

Again starting out seems like the harder part - especially if I've never done it before . aside from my own townhouse (In CT)  - That's the only property I own and have equity in .

There is no other mortgage or other liens that I can see on the property.

Definitely run a title report on the property.
