New Real Estate Investor Looking To Learn From The Community

Hi BP community,

I am a new BP investor looking to grow with like minded investors to grow real estate portfolios using various strategies in any upcoming markets.

I currently have no properties and live in the San Francisco Bay area.

What would be the best strategies to use to grow a manageable portfolio of SFH and Small Multifamily?

I am open to local primary residences for house hacking or out of state investment properties in high rent low house price markets.

Thank you all for your help! I look forward to growing with the community.
