That contract language must allow you to assign by statement or signature.

Simply Google your "county name" clerk of court official records search.

Or something that I can study that will help me better understand this new language!

My official answer: I do not know Florida probate laws. 

I learned a lot from watching the Speech & Language Pathologist when she was helping my mom with expressing herself and keeping her language skills up.

I am in the process as we speak (or type) of buying my first official rental property here in the Greater Springfield MA area. 

That's all part of the negotiation process in buying real estate, so don't worry about it.I suggest you also bring these concerns back to your agent again to discuss them, as I can't see the contract that they're using so the language could be different from the contracts I use.
