For the last 3 months I have just been diving into different resources from books to online articles to podcasts (which is where I found BiggerPockets) and even meeting with a few people who I knew were in real estate to see where they got their start and what my next steps should be.

I had a tenant move out and there is not much to do.They did not deep clean but I can finish the place thoroughly clean in two hours on this 1400sqft unit.Would you clean it yourself or hire a cleaning crew since the tenant pays for it or just do it your self?

The land is also next to a quarry and is likely gravel (which would make construction easier but could also mean the contamination is very deep).
