Different probate procedures may need judge approval for any sale or lease to be valid, while other procedures just need the heirs / beneficiaries to all sign.

Stores, medical/dental offices, convenience stores, grocery stores, etc.

Don't overbuild procedure so early, but build it in parallel with the growth of your portfolio and put your process-oriented nature to use!

Assuming you have pissedsionrights....you legally either need to evict or get an ejectment order, depending on your state/local procedures.
