Looking for a good Contacts for your state

I've been looking every where some good simple contacts that aren't long and written completely in legaleze. i have one from a gurus course but the leagaleze is make it a little more complicated then needed. Do you guys have any good ideas on where to find good contracts for free.

PS. if i spelled leagaleze wrong just over look it lol...
