I would have no issue as long as you didn't use that for being a "know it all" pain in the butt.

A real pain when you have to return funds after move out on a deadline. 1099-INT being sent to me.

A quiet title action will update the chain of the title to include that reasonable steps were taken to assure that the previous had ample opportunity to dispute the loss of ownership to the HOA.Does this sound like pain in the butt, extra expenses and delays?

In the process of quiet title, the bank will be notified and block a quiet title action or begin foreclosure.Why does your escrow officer think that quiet title is possible?
