Interested in your STR investor experience!
Hi everyone!
I'm Cory McOmber, and new to the BiggerPockets community -- what a cool place! I just joined a startup called Andes STR where we are on a quest to help investors make the best decisions (and money) in the short-term rental space. We're kind of the new kid on the block, using technology to find homes that generate the highest ROI, and then marketing and managing homes in a way that maximizes quality and transparency.
I've read a lot of posts on here about the STR investor journey, and all kinds of pain points. We're passionate about making a better, smarter STR product at Andes, and hope to be the rising tide that lifts all boats in our STR ecosystem, from purchase, to management, to exit.
