I figure a good way to get more funds for other deals would be to offer a share in the profits of the already occupied properties.

Then I could get it ready to be rented and pay her $500 a month for 20 months which will net her $10,500 after 20 months.If I were to set it up to wholesale deal I would have to offer her the $9,500 and she would only walk away with the $500, but she wouldn't have this house on her hands that she can't pay the taxes on.
