Offer Site Unseen

In my market area it is extremely competitive. For this reason there are times when properties come available and require almost immediate action. As a new investor looking to flip is it a bad strategy to write an offer site unseen based on listing pictures and the comps when in such a competitive market?

Nope. Just have an escape clause in the contract. Typically, and inspection period that allows you to back out of the deal for any reason. I have had several offers accepted without even driving by the property. Once accepted I do my due diligence
