Hello All!

I heard about this sight from the No Money Down book that my Mom sent me.

Im definitely intrigued and hopefully my wife and I can start making some investments soon. Im a noob to investing, though I do know my way around a RE contract as I had been a licensed Realtor in the past (ironic right?). 

I look forward to seeing what this community and sight has to offer.
