The thing that separates the big money makers from the bottom feeders is getting legitimate traffic to our properties and being able to show the properties when a potential buyer first comes in contact with the property but now that I have come across this marketing tool I will get a text alert as soon as someone inquires about one of my properties and then I can contact them and have them gain immediate access to the property if they desire and I can also forward them a list of all my other properties within their desires and store their info for future reference.

You don't want to put your home address on there however.You can get a mailbox at one of the UPS stores that will look like a real address rather than one you get at the post office that is a PO Box.Be sure to put an address on there because of return mail.
