The thing that separates the big money makers from the bottom feeders is getting legitimate traffic to our properties and being able to show the properties when a potential buyer first comes in contact with the property but now that I have come across this marketing tool I will get a text alert as soon as someone inquires about one of my properties and then I can contact them and have them gain immediate access to the property if they desire and I can also forward them a list of all my other properties within their desires and store their info for future reference.

Once we are able to close, my goal is to rent out the remaining rooms.It's a 3bd/2.5ba home located walking distance to the local university (CSUB), library, restaurants, grocery store, theatre, and in a gated community.
