Looking for software, anyone use buildium?

Any one use buildium? What's the good, bad, and ugly on it?

I manage a mere 9 units but wanted something scalable for my business. I have been using buildium for just over a month and have found some minor gaps, like how you track overhead and mileage but all and all, seems like a great value for the money. It also allows me to print out great reports for my silent partners.
