I didn't trust the totally free sites but still wanted something made for rent collection instead of regular deposits or money apps like venmo.  

It maximized my flexibility, and lowered my DTI and regular expenses. 

Some are just new, but many times they are not competent and may or may not know it, and some are major scammers.You also have to reevaluate their service on a regular basis. 

Look on the regular realty websites like to one that startes with Z and R for the address 402 W Wheeler St., Rockwood, TN, 417 E Rockwood ST, Rockwood, TN and 324 N Kingston Ave, Rockwood, TN. 

I once rented to an attorney that was regularly late on rent.

It gave me an idea of both price point and what I could expect regarding occupancy rates.I also invested a good bit in the quality of the build out so I’d be competitive for the best guests looking in the area and get ranked as a super host… that gives you an advantage in search results.

If you have someone you regularly use, then use them. 

I am looking for regular investment loans, NOT hard money loans please!
