What are the best ways to collect rent on time, what apps, websites, etc? Should I use autopay to automate rental payments, if so, how...

Can you give insight on ACH transfer? I assume I would just go to my bank but beyond that is there any action item needed from the tenant?

 The tenant needs to go to their bank and set up the ACH.

I have never had a tenant complain about depositing into my account.

They can go through a drive through and they get a receipt.
