Way too much markup and a lot of deals seem to be negotiated at the asking price of a property without even a favorable acquisition price before all the fees are considered.  

The interest rates and rents are not in your favor. 

Know one knows what’s going to happen in the short term but inflation typically favors a real estate portfolio and I think real estate is the best place for long term returns.

So yes there are shops out there that do this but to your point they tend to be specialized, but we at least look favorably on "the little guy" or the "startup" we just like to set expectations up from regarding the different ways to engage our services.I'd be happy to show you via webinar what tools we have if you are interested.
