Retail Center site selection

Are there experts in finding small retail (10 to 15 thousand sf) sites? Someone that really understand retail business and knows what make a center successful. A lot of commercial agents seem to be eager to find a place and sell it to you without much thoughts. I am in Dallas area. Thanks

@Massud Mojra there are some brokers that specialize in this space. Developers are also a good source of information and determining highest and best use.

The retail landscape is changing. A lot depends on the location, competition, age and style of center. There are lots of creative ways to add value and reposition these types of assets.
