Hey Jenna,I understand about being linked up with someone local. 

I would ask your SDIRA custodian but its my understanding having a SDIRA that you cannot lend yourself money nor lend to a child or give the child any monies.That would be prohibited transaction.

After two years I understand for tax purposes I sell it as a rental.

Reasonable priced major city but looking at other cities now potentially but haven’t invested the time into understanding another market yet.  

Not everyone is cut out for sales.. there are skills in sales that folks just dont understand..

I appreciate the different perspectives and can understand why this may not be the best partnership to enter into. 

After leaving my job and going full time in real estate is when I really started to kick things into a higher gear and really understand how to leverage real estate to create extraordinary amounts of wealth.

Essentially what I took away from her explanation was, a lot of owners don’t want to fool with the county on things like this if they don’t have to, which I can understand.

I understand the above services are not free and so willing to pay for it and also open to be fingerprinted.
