The contractor is still moving ever so slowly and has given us the excuses recently that:- he underbid this project- he managed to get 4 contracts signed simultaneously which has affected his ability to get things done on timeThe plumbing and electrical are just about done and the kitchen cabinets have been assembled.

When you have other "hands-in-the-pot-(so-called "Perks") handled by other entities, then the tenant has an excuse to tell the landlord the reason their rent is late or has not been received is due to the party handling collecting their rent payments.

I told him hiding the truth and not being transparent doesn't excuse you from not being on top of this and if your're that busy you maybe shouldn't be in the business of teaching, just let me know these types of things and i wouldn't have a problem. all in all I only got 1100.

However, if you're needing a little extra push or help staying organized to get something done short-term, I think this is a great option.Personally, I use The Five-Minute Journal; in the past, I've gone through periods where I'll be really motivated and journal diligently on a day-to-day basis, then suddenly drop off because "I'm too busy" or "I have no time" (all lame excuses, I realize).
