Does Wholesaling LOCATION Matter?!!

I live in Dodge City, KS and I'm aware that real estate in Kansas is best in Wichita and Kansas City.  But I was wondering if it could be done where I live or would I have to move to an area where wholesaling real estate is more common???? Thanks in advance!

Wholesaling can be done anywhere, but you certainly aren't going to have as many buyers in a small town. I'd recommend networking with as many buy and hold investors as you can there and seeing what kind of appetite they have.
