I'm reading forums on BP daily, I'm constantly doing research on markets throughout the country to learn more about why a market is successful or not, I'm doing analysis deals daily to practice and understand what's a good deal and what's not, I basically live on MLS, Realtor, and Zillow.

Can you find an overlap in RE that would be an easy switch, or find a way to cross the two?

In general, the middle and south of the country drags about three years behind the coasts, too.But even if you're downmarket, watch the trends that stick and that disappear on the cutting edge of the coasts to know what you need to be doing to stay ahead of becoming out of style. 

Then rent out the extra rooms and live for free so you can save some more.If that’s not feasible, decide which other strategy you like because different markets around the country are going to be conducive to different strategies.

I would only Buy A and B class though.. low end Vegas is not different than any other HOODY D / C class in other parts of the country.
