He does a ton of off-line marketing in TV, radio, and direct mail.

@Shawn Underwood  I have a lap top yes I use it when I travel in hotel rooms and to watch movies on the airplane when the carrier does not have built in TV's for the movies.. its free now took me a year to figure out how to get it on my lap top LOL.. but no I would never use the phone to look at BP screen is too small I don't even like to text or will respond to text messages ..

The reality is I can enter your market tomorrow with direct mail, PPC, TV, facebook, etc and capture a really good return.

If you think time watching TV and eating pizza is valuable.. then yes you have a point.

There are a ton of them on TV, but every now and then you see one that sticks in your head.  

Would you go local TV or direct mail. 

That said the marketing I have seen for similar groups is best delivered to a farm area or by using signage, radio spots and TV ads.

There may not be a lot of glamour to wholesaling, there's no TV shows about it, you are injecting yourself right into other people's financial and emotional problems and issues, but you're doing so as a problem and issue solver. 

I mean go watch some late night TV and see all the lame products being pitched by over energetic sales people in cheesy suits.
