How To Buy More Houses

Afternoon BP!

Id like to hear what you'd do if you were in my shoes.  In the next two months or so I plan to start a new marketing strategy . With a established Brand/Company ( I won't the name) say My budget would allow for 2,000- 2,500 a month ! My market size is roughly 300,000 people. Would you go local TV or direct mail. I can run a 15 Second ad on local tv for about 15$ A spot which is pretty cheap. That's about 150 spots a month or I can send postcards to about 4,000 people a month. I also will be a licensed real estate agent soon. So. Figure I don't have to be as specific in regards to who gets my message. If I can offer more than just a cash offer .
