Investing in real estate part-time while working a full-time career really stood out to me.

I have spent most of my career as a pastor.  

I've been actively searching for my first deal and eager to start my investing career. 

I consider myself very responsible with my money, and have always had the ambition to seek out careers to afford me financial freedom, and to release me from the 9-5 rat race, but have never quite found that niche or opportunity.

Adding to the chorus above, I would recommend getting that consumer loan out of the way before you start your RE investing career.  

I am ready and eager to learn all I can about this business in order to have successful career in real estate.
