Hello all,

My name is Eric and I am very interested in transitioning out of my current career as a CPA and in to a career in real estate investing. I've been working in accounting for over 15 years however, I believe it's time for a change. Fortunately, I can continue to work full time and pursue real estate investing part-time. I am married and have two young children and this change could really provide the flexibility I covet in order to be there for them.
