Architect new to Real Estate interested in Small Multi-Family

Hi all!

I'm an architect who's new to real estate investing, and am interested in the small multi-family market, particularly in the greater Boston and Worcester, Massachusetts area. I've been aggressively saving for a couple of years since graduating from college. Now just doing my due diligence, trying to learn as much as I can before purchasing my first property. Bigger Pockets has been one of the best resources I've found, and I look forward to continuing my real estate education through its blog posts and users.

Interested to hear from and connect with other users who have invested in small multifamily in MA, despite it's high selling prices, what kind of realistic income to expect, and anyone with experience owner-occupying 2-4 unit properties with success.

Matt
