The CoC was out of this world and ROI was 14-16% ....I am having difficulty shifting my perspective to one that gets me any more less of return, but I need to expand my horizons....B class seems the general consensus in which one can Cashflow while expecting appreciation yeah? 

We live in a very litigious society and there are lots of legal nuances in the business of raising capital and providing investment opportunities and advice.

A person with 4,000 doors likely doesn’t work a regular 9-5 shift.

Been selling for 5 years and now I have the mindset shift to start investing.

The market is extremely competitive, so there is a far greater chance that they will get into a marginal deal, due to the pressure of moving.When the tide shifts and we have a lot of foreclosures or cash deals, a fund is a must have to get the best of the deals.

IMO - just my opinion, don't sweat the LLC stuff just yet, shift your focus on analyzing deals and making connections.

However, if you can manage a paradigm shift in your thinking, you can also be sure that the items they bring up, while sometimes small, like a light bulb that is out, can really help you maintain a safe residence.

You’ll find that once you’ve started connecting with people, your mindset will automatically shift and before you know it, you’re working on deals.  

To say that a market is going to shift by x date is pretty objective and it has to be market specific.
