Should I go for this?

Hello BPers

I’ve been looking for a mentor for a while and finally found a multimillion dollar investor here in the DFW metroplex(4000 doors)and he offered me a full time job as construction manger for $12/hour as a start and he said he will teach me and raise the pay when I prove my self.

The problem is I have to quit my job(UPS truck driver) which I make more than double that and loose all the benefits and insurance.

Should I go for it?

Thanx for taking the time to answer this?

Hell no!, the way this works is while you keep your regular job you look for a small investment that you can manage without giving up your job, as you grow in the field of real estate investing your confidence will grow, take this slow, the upside for you working this way is security, benefits, no stress, the downsides of you taking his offer are many, you can lose the job he is offering you anytime leaving you in a bad position.
