I'm looking at a mixed use building with apartments and retail stores that are 100% occupied. the numbers look good so far but just hoping some locals/experienced investors in that area might chime in with any thoughts about the area as I'm very inexperienced with St.

Hello,         My name is Michael Jefferson, I am currently a retail manager. 

I've been working in the property management business for years starting out as a leasing agent in the multifamily industry than eventually moving into accounting for single-family homes and now working in accounting for an HOA.

Really looking forward to moving forward in this industry.

Also prior to sale, we would then have to make the house retail ready to get a higher price point.  

Unfortunately this happens far too often in the industry.

Who is your primary tenant population: students, workers at a local institution or factory, retail workers, working poor, etc.?  

I'm fairly new to the industry, but am supported by a great team at the Denver Homes Group.As a new member I look forward to contributing to the community my thoughts and experiences but am really excited to learn from the pros on BiggerPockets.

What I like about this industry is there is always new information, new skills to learn and new people to meet.
