Most unusual sale: I worked with a team on representing a buyer of a plant that made peanut & jelly sandwiches . 

The moment I knew I could make a living in Real Estate : The day I closed on the first home to sell from our mls that  the sale price was over $999,999. It was a home in need of work and had only 1 right angle on the exterior of the home. Year of Close 1986.
