You rent to nurses or insurance companies relocating their clients

I am currently looking for a property to relocate and willing to explore STR options on property i buy. 

Is there a way to help them relocate?

A hole has to be dug, plumbing run (to relocate the displaced water) and the pump placed. 

I found a real estate broker, Kimberly Vo of K A Realty and after reading many reviews of her and how she helped people relocate from other states and buy their homes as well as managing rental homes for other out of state owners, I reached out and sent her an email.
