Remote house hacking, property already bought!?
I own an SFH in Chesterfield, VA lot size is .27 acres 1920 sq ft with 4br/ 2.5 bath. I bought it back in 2019 with a VA loan. In 2022 I relocated back to Florida and started renting the property at $1795. A private investor Co-live and Thrive Management, offer to buy my property to follow a similar business model. So why not do it myself!? I ask my current property manager about doing it and he told me to screw myself.
Does anybody have any experience in a similar situation? or know of a property manager in the area?
