Yup  most will never do this.. they will just blow 10k on the same old letters that everyone else does.. obviously those letters work when mass produced and you have the systems In place to follow up on the leads.

It is that you are credible.You can equally make your mailer credible be it hand written or printed... which was the whole point of my message.I will say it again.. don't just listen to the masses..

The wholesalers enlist bird dogs with ads on craigslist "learn how to find real estate deals for free I will train you and you'll make up to $500 per deal" etc etc.Face to face door knocking en mass in target areas gets deals 10x better than a stack of letters or post cards.Idea:  you might check in craigslist for these ads and answer them.

I have found that the act of answering and asking the sellers call and questions is paramount so we took that task away.We are about 10 days away from launching our telephone VOIP, mass auto text, and voice blast service...Its kinda cool... every time a caller calls you can set a series of actions back to them.

A think the main reason wholesalers are looked down on by many is that a good number of wholesalers just mass email out overpriced junk in rundown neighborhoods.

STOP listening to the "guru's" Stop listening to the masses (when they say stupid crap), and definitely do not listen to the people that own printing companies (sorry people that own printing companies).Are you going to ask a guy that sells water for his opinion if you should drink water?
