It’s affordable and I think will be more sought after in time…like MT and ID are experiencing now.

A better property will attract tannest more likely to meet your criteria, take care of the place and be pleasant to work with.  

I was looking at Detroit properties on Zillow and Redfin and was pleasantly surprised by the numbers.

I was the management of a private owner and we just replaced the tenant in time, but we did talk with them (owners were shocked & annoyed as well). 

We all own investment properties here ourselves and have learned intimately how best to work and play in this market!

It's likely going to negligible compared to the overall value of the home itself.one way would be to go back further in time and try finding another large lot sale.

Especially in times of inflation and high demand for real estate, I want to control the maximum value of property with the minimum amount of investment.We started with $200K seed money about 3 years ago and now have more than $500K in equity in our properties in addition to the $240K in cash we just refinanced and took out to reinvest. 

I have a very easy sell to buyer clients if they are looking for a rental as I have intimate knowledge of that side of the market, can help them make informed decisions prior to getting a property under contract and an easy transition into our management services.
