Wendell, that might sound good in an investor forum, but it's just predatory thinking at this price level, it's not a 2M dollar house.Nancy, new laws are in place, reread my post, an option price can be computed legally and it's a pain, why residential options take the easy way, 1%, 2%, or whatever some of these guys think they can get away with.
