FHA 203k EEM Loan. Info/Has anyone done it?

Hello Everyone!

This is my first time ever posting here so my apologies if it's the wrong area. I literally couldnt find a single topic on this in the forum so I thought I would post it.  :)

I am doing some research into purchasing my my first propery located in Philadelphia. I am interested in a property thats currently a residential/commercial mix that I would lie to convert into a duplex residential and live on one side while renting the other.

This property will probably need a full renovation. As this is my first deal, I am loooking into getting an FHA 203k EEM loan. Now, I know the 203k loan is going to be a pain to deal with by itself, but I am also really interested in adding a Energy Efficiant Mortgage to that and making the home as green as possible. Has anyone ever done this type of loan or has any info of what goes into the process (Green contractors? Mortgage lenders?).

Thanks!
