I have better things to do with my time.My 15 year old daughter is learning how to manage assets now and she enjoys looking at an online brokerage account and is amazed that it can go up and down by $30k in a moment. 

As a previous renter, I enjoyed the freedom of a month to month lease even though I had no intention to move out.

I'm newly getting started, I've been watching alot of podcast over the last weeks and went driving for dollars this week.

I particularly enjoy browsing through county records although I'm not sure if it's the most effective method.

I really enjoy going to KC to see my local partners and enjoy the city.

Finding The Deal:I was at a friend birthday party where I may have enjoyed one or two cocktails, too many, and was talking with a friend of a friend who mentioned that he was looking to get out of all of his 6 properties and would easily take 300k and cash out.
