Newbie in Nampa, Idaho..

Hi there, just introducing myself. I currently live in the San Francisco bay area but am moving to Boise this coming summer. I got a quick start though by purchasing some rental units in Nampa. 1 duplex with one tenant moving out, 2 SFR that are ready to rent - I bought these off the MLS - they're ok deals cumulative I'm looking at about a .7% but I really wanted to get started and figured I just needed to get in there. My 4th property I got on auction from Hudson and Marshall. Trying to create my first BRRR with that. I paid $43k in a $150k neighborhood. Anyway, inspired by you all and anxious to embark on my new adventure!
