This does require burning an LLC but that's not necessarily the worst thing to do every once in a while - particularly if the members are splitting anyway.

I was delicate before- struggled hard to get me and my credit to where I could begin doing something, and now feel like some giant money vampire has decided to feed on me. i can't do this any more. i have a wife with no kidneys and on home hemo dialysis 5-6 days per week 6-8 hours per treatment, and getting unwanted pay cuts is no way for a 54 year old to live.

I've been burned in the past by paying thousands of dollars to gurus to help me learn this stuff and I'm not blaming my failures on those gurus because I simply didn't apply myself back then, but it was a ton of wasted money.
