Brand New Laptop- How to use it for Beginning R/E wealth

Greetings;

I have been here for abit, trying to learn Wholesaling, and trying to get going. Had such a golden oppurtunity slip through my grasp and do not want that to happen ever again. It happened mostly due to my attempt to get a Refi through  LoanDepot.com.  [WHAT A CREDIT WRECKING NIGHTMARE OF FAILURE !! ]

Anyway- yesturday i was surpised by an unexpected " 'cuz I love you dad'   gift "  from one of my sons of a brand new HP laptop.

I have decided I want to dedicate its use for the Beginning, Building, Growing, Prospering my Wealth Stream of Real Estate Investing.

Other than wanting to begin with Wholesaling; I have not done one deal yet, but would very much appreciate a chance to be mentored by someone with experience in the Art, and learning how best to use this laptop as a power tool I believe it can be. i am not really awesome in the computer field yet, but trying and needing to learn.

I would appreciate anyone in Tennessee and or more specifically the greater Nashville-Clarksville area who would be willing to help or mentor me in how to accomplish this.

I have been on SSD for 15+ years, and this month had a surprise $700 reduction [just for this month] for some unknown reason, and i am so sick of it. I was delicate before- struggled hard to get me and my credit to where I could begin doing something, and now feel like some giant money vampire has decided to feed on me. i can't do this any more. i have a wife with no kidneys and on home hemo dialysis 5-6 days per week 6-8 hours per treatment, and getting unwanted pay cuts is no way for a 54 year old to live. I am willing to work, and work long and HARD. But most importantly, I Want To Work SMART !

Thanks ever so much.

Good luck to you @James Staples.  Definitely do the education on BP. Use the computer to watch webinars, read articles, and network before you do anything else.

You can use the computer to start mining possibilities out of sites like Zillow, Trulia, Realtor, and CraigsList.  Locally there is a group called BirdDogBuddy that posts investor to investor deals.
