They typically wont go more than 5% above appraised value unless they have a great explanation.

And if you've got people coming from Belton to Temple or Waco, Austin etc they just wont be able. 

Maybe they wont mind renting by the room if the setup is safe for all.

You will get a ton of leads from people where it wont make sense in d grade areas. 

They said they wont approve it now unless the foundation and roof are fixed first.I am trying to figure out a way to still make this deal work and was wondering if the community had any ideas?
