If you have done the research to find out if any towns in the area do not allow renting by the room... I'd be grateful for the info!

I'm avoiding townhouses, condos, and anything with an HOA.

Looking in West Palm Beach, Lake Park, Lake Worth and other surrounding towns.  THANKS IN ADVANCE!~
