Good rental locations in the Tampa area.
Hey there guys, new to the bigger pockets community. My name is Marcelo and I am making the move to the Tampa area in about a year but I am wanting to start buying some rental properties and get them set up with a management company before making the move with the whole family. Can I get some of your thoughts as to what areas are good to look at that are easily rented out. I will be living close to the wesley chapel area and I am looking at a townhome, condo or single family home under 250k for the first property to get my feet wet and get the know the area better. Thank you for your responses 👍
