With that said, my real estate investments started with a family home that I transitioned in to a rental property.

Initially they will drive the rental and apartment market as they establish their first homes but soon they will transition to SFH’s as renters or buyers….if they can qualify for a mortgage.Supply Constraints: We have 1.2 new households formed each year. 120 million households is predicted to become 132 million by 2026.

My goal is to start with a couple of flips to generate some cash flow then transition into of buy and hold for the reoccurring cash flow.

Stay in the urban or transitional areas and you have better chance of finding deals that work.

Where can I can find a temporary transitional loan, bridge loan, private lender or funding partner to assist with closing these deals. 

I'm looking for a career transition out of a job I don't like into a field I know I would enjoy and be passionate about.  

Sometimes the side business grows to the point that a complete transition can be made.

Currently working to wholesale properties in the Puget Sound area, but hoping to transition to include rehab and flip, and owning rental properties.

Right now my primary focus is single family homes but I hope to be able to transition to multi-family and commercial properties.

I imagine most people would not be certain on this, however it would be helpful to know if a prospective tenant does have a known transition in the near future.
