Hello all just a quick post to introduce myself. My name is Marty Mims I,m a  newbie to real estate investing and am very interested in the buy and hold, and fix and flip aspects of it. Hoping to meet some like minded individuals in my area. My goal is to start with a couple of flips to generate some cash flow then transition into of buy and hold for the reoccurring cash flow. My ultimate goal being to quit my job in 3 years and concentrate solely on real estate. Well so much for the quick anyway pleased to meet all of you wish all of you much success and a blessed day!
