Hello everyone. 

My name is Michael Maynard. I live in Cleveland, TN. I buy and sell in SE TN and N GA. I am interested in buying and holding, rehabs, and sub good. Right now my primary focus is single family homes but I hope to be able to transition to multi-family and commercial properties. My main objective is to get to where I can pay cash to purchase and rehab then sell owner financed. The power of compounding interests is very appealing.
