You should be able to pull reports:- statements- A/R reports - returned checks are not trouble - that is tenant's who are the troublemaker.

Ryan R., I will openly admit that not allowing reptiles in my units is completely arbitrary.Cats I exclude because I am highly allergic to them and can't stand them, but there is sound reasoning with how destructive their pee is to flooring to back that decision up.With reptiles, it's much less rational.
